Neurodiversity inclusion consultancy

Different thinking.
Exceptional outcomes.

We help Australian organisations move beyond awareness and build workplaces where neurodivergent people don’t just survive — they thrive.

Founded by AuDHD engineer and inclusion specialist Emily Kendall

What we do

Inclusion designed for real work.

Every engagement is shaped around your people, systems and goals — never pulled from a catalogue.

01

Training that changes what happens next.

Practical sessions for leaders, managers and teams that build shared language, confidence and psychologically safer ways of working.

02

Consulting that looks upstream.

Audits, strategy and process reviews that uncover barriers in recruitment, onboarding, performance and everyday work design.

03

Advisory support that builds capability.

Ongoing guidance for organisations ready to turn intent into a practical, measurable inclusion roadmap.

  • Workplace inclusion audits
  • Leadership capability building
  • Policy and process review
  • Speaking and keynotes
  • Manager coaching
  • Community engagement

Our point of view

Redesign the system, not the person.

Because awareness is the entry point — not the destination.

01

Lived experience first

Insight comes from within the neurodivergent community, not from observing it at a distance.

02

Evidence, practically applied

Current research is translated into clear tools your people can use on Monday morning.

03

Systemic, not symptomatic

We examine the structures and norms creating barriers instead of coaching people to mask better.

04

Strengths-forward

Pattern recognition, deep focus and creative problem-solving are capabilities to enable, not exceptions to manage.

Meet the founder

Engineer. Advocate. Systems thinker.

Emily Kendall is an AuDHD engineer and workplace inclusion specialist with more than a decade of experience across engineering, project management and organisational consulting.

She founded All Minds Belong after seeing a critical gap: too much neurodiversity work raised awareness without changing the systems that shape people’s daily experience. Her work combines analytical rigour, lived insight and practical action.
